This project is an expansion of Westminster College’s performing arts complex and includes a new 23,500 SF 3-story performance and practice facility. Interior spaces in the facility include music practice studios, theater rehearsal space, student performance lounge, dance studio, lobby/art gallery, choral rehearsal/classroom, and recital hall/lecture room. The steel-framed building has an exterior of brick masonry, metal panels, and glass curtain wall. Awards: 2023 Best Cultural/Entertainment Project Over $5M (ABC of Utah), 2022 Most Outstanding Higher Education Project (Utah Construction & Design), 2022 Building/Industrial Division Cultural Project of the Year (AGC of Utah).
