Spanish Fork Community Network (SFCN) is a 24,000-square-foot city hub that brings Spanish Fork's internet, cable, phone, and internal IT operations under one roof, following outgrowths at several previous locations. The building blends a civic administration wing, featuring offices, open work areas, a public showroom, and a flexible multipurpose space, with a practical garage and parts storage area for installation crews. Inspired by the simple shed-roof forms of Spanish Fork's agricultural vernacular, the design pairs an efficient pre-engineered metal building for the vehicle wing with a daylight-filled, insulated metal-panel administration wing, arranged in an L-shape to streamline fleet circulation and create a welcoming civic frontage along Center Street.
