Arbor 515 transformed a vacant 14-story modernist office tower in downtown Salt Lake City into a vibrant, affordable housing community with 96 apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom homes. This adaptive reuse project preserved an iconic structure while delivering sustainable, high-quality housing that revitalizes the surrounding neighborhood and demonstrates the value of innovative engineering and design. The project was recognized with the 2025 Utah Construction & Design (UC&D) Most Outstanding Adaptive Reuse award.
