This 12,136 SF addition to the Meridian Health Science Center in Idaho includes core, shell, site work, and interior buildout within the existing courtyard. The first floor features a 4,490 SF state-of-the-art cadaver lab with 12–14 stations, prep and storage areas, an IT room, and future lab support spaces. It connects to the existing A&P Lab via a new service corridor and includes distance learning capabilities. The 6,813 SF second floor supports the ISU Nursing Program with labs, classrooms, offices, and support areas.
