Salt Lake City Fire Station #14 is a Net Zero Energy building. The 17,200 SF building was designed sustainably, including solar features, specialized insulation, natural light, and other energy-efficient materials. The two-story fire station includes a four-bay garage equaling 5,770 SF, ten single-bunk rooms, two officer suites, an office, kitchen, maintenance, and training rooms. Awards: 2019 Best Government/Public Building Project Award (ENR Intermountain States), 2018 Most Outstanding Green/Sustainable Project Award (Utah Construction & Design).
