Spy Hop is a nonprofit digital media arts center for students aged 9-19 with aspirations in film, music, audio, and design. This 25,000 SF project features offices, programming and classroom spaces, production facilities, and community event and performance space. The event space on level three features an aircraft hanger door that opens to a rooftop terrace. Awarded: 2020 Most Outstanding Private Project Under $10M Award (Utah Construction & Design).
