The HELIX Office Building caters to around 1,200 full-time employees and 400 medical student residents. This project is a unique addition to the campus landscape, boasting a range of amenities such as private office spaces, collaboration spaces, well-equipped meeting rooms, an onsite coffee shop, and a fitness center. Notably, the project's crowning feature is an impressive nearly 450-foot bridge that spans over Mario Capecchi, seamlessly connecting HELIX to the Moran Eye Center. This project meets Utah’s High-Performance Building Standard and is LEED Silver certified.
