The University of Utah’s West Village Housing project is designed to expand access to affordable, convenient housing for students and their families. The development will provide more than 450 residential units, including over 250 family apartments and 200 graduate student apartments. Supporting amenities include an 11,500-square-foot on-site daycare center and a 4,500-square-foot leasing and administrative office serving the student housing community.
