I like to push the envelope with building technology and creative concepts. I like to find innovative ways of pushing the envelope. I like taking an architect's vision and making it work. Structural engineers typically like columns. I don't like them. I don't like exposed columns and love cantilevers. I like to frame them in creative ways. I like the challenge. I like all the people I get to work with and problem-solve internally and externally. I like meeting with people and working collaboratively. I find that rewarding.
