The new 15,000 SF net-zero City Hall provides Ivins City with much-needed space and amenities for the growing community. The new facility is nearly twice the size of the old city hall and includes innovative solar energy, a geothermal heating system, and a cooling system. The central feature of the facility is a two-foot-thick main wall that symbolizes the earth, water, and work. Awards: 2022 Best Government/Public Building Project Award (ENR Mountain States), 2022 Most Outstanding Municipal Project Award (Utah Construction & Design), 2022 Excellence in Concrete Award – Precast/Tilt-up Structures category (American Concrete Institute).
